ok everyone! we can go to the cabin YAEHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be lots of fun. The dates will be Friday Jan 19th and Saturday Jan 20th. IT will be an overnighter if you can make it, but if not, you can come either of the two days. We will have skis for people who want to do that but you'll have to take turns. So here is the plan.
Friday.
We will meet people at two different times at the entrance of Timber lakes estates to take them to the cabin. 5:00pm and 8:00pm. We will have spaghetti dinner so if you come up Friday bring something to share to compliment that. I will be making the spaghetti. If you can't stay the night we can take you back down to the entrance to your cars later that night.
Saturday
We will be having Waffles, eggs and either sausage or Bacon. You can just enjoy it.----If you don't like that, BYOB--Bring your own Breakfast :) We will have Potato ham soup for lunch. If you come for Saturday, bring something to share to compliment that. You don't need to bring something for both days unless you want to.
The pick up times if you want to come up saturday will be 9:00 am, 3:00 pm, and we will end the evening around 9-10 pm at which point everyone will have to go home. I think that we should have plenty of time to chat, ski, sled, eat, whatever.

So here's the downlow. Bring all of your winter gear. It can be really cold, so dress warm. If you have sleds bring them. The more the merrier. We will try and get the four wheeler going so we can pull people behind it. Bring ski masks- snow-pants, gloves etc. YOU ALL KNOW HOW TO DRESS, JUST DO IT LIKE YOU WOULD FOR A NORTH DAKOTA WINTER DAY!

Cars. Because the cabin is up in the mountains, it is best to meet at the entrance and then drive up if your car will make it. If it won't, you can park it there until you leave. So for all of you that have Four WHeel drives, we could use your cars to haul people and their gear up. There will be parking at the Cabin, but probably only enough space for four cars. If you have front wheel drive and Chains you could also make it up the mountain. If you have rear wheel drive, you will need to park at the entrance and leave it until you come back down.
We do have some chains I don't know what size, so tell us your wheel size and we can see if they will fit. This is a first come fist serve basis if they fit.

Families. Okay this is totally a family affair, so bring your kids. WE want to see everyone and have a good time. There are three bedrooms at the cabin so we could accomodate a couple of families for the sleepover and there are beds for kids to nap in on Saturday. If you have little children, make sure you bring a playpen for them to sleep in if they need a crib. We do have one available, so ask us---first come first serve. Same goes for the rooms. For everyone--make sure you bring you sleeping bags if you are going to stay the night. There should be room on the floors, couches, etc for everyone who wants to stay the night. we even have a couple of air mattresses we could blow up.

Directions.
Okay, now that you are all pumped, here are the directions to get to the entrance of Timberlakes. Go up Provo Canyon to Heber. At the stoplight go straight through (the road between the gas station and Arby's). You will drive straight on that road for a long time, going through many stop signs. When you get to the T--you need to go left. On the right there will be an LDS Chapel. drive straight for a short distance and there will be another T. Take a right. Then you will drive straight for another little stretch and you will come to a Y, You will want to take the turn off to the right. (it is at an angle, so watch for it. That will bring you to the Entrance of TimberLake Estates. Wait for us there and we will meet you at the designated times to show you how to get to the cabin. Remember, we may need to put more people in the cars that will make it up there. Okay Oh. For those coming from the north i.e., Park City, drive on State street in Heber and when you get to the stop light by the gas station and Arbys, take a left and follow the directions from that point to get to the cabint (they are the same).

One more thing. I know this is long, but hang in there. We need you to RSVP. One so I will know about how much food to bring, and Two, so we can have an idea of how many will be coming and when. SO Tell us when you plan to come, i.e. which day and time, how long you plan to stay, how many of you there will be, and also what kind of Car you will be bringing and if it is a four wheel drive, if you would be willing to haul people up. WE need to know all of this by the 15th of Jan, so it only gives you ONE WEEK to respond. I know that isn't a lot of time. Sorry about that.
